Joaquín Cortés was born in Córdoba in 1969. He moved to Madrid in 1981 and to New York in 1999.
He studied dance when he was twelve and he studied Spanish National Ballet when he was fifteen.
Some of his most famous shows are Pasión Gitana, Soul and Live. He's explosive, original and athletic.
